Elizabeth May
Co-Founder, Principal
Elizabeth is a bilingual (Spanish/English) project leader, change practitioner, and organizational development specialist with over 20 years of professional experience guiding complex, cross-functional initiatives across government, nonprofit, and commercial sectors.
At Perspecta, Elizabeth manages the people side of change as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, leveraging the ADKAR methodology to help organizations drive adoption, reduce resistance, and build stakeholder buy-in. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic design through close out, with a strong focus on cross-level coordination, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable results.
With a strong foundation in project management, organizational development, and change leadership, Elizabeth specializes in aligning diverse teams around common goals, improving collaboration, and developing high-impact solutions that are both data-informed and scalable. Her fluency in Spanish and English enhances her ability to bridge communication gaps, lead multicultural teams, and connect meaningfully across contexts.
Zeve Marcus
Co-Founder, Principal
Zeve is a Data Scientist and Research Specialist whose work bridges behavioral science, data modeling, and AI. Trained as an experimental psychologist (Ph.D. candidate, UC San Diego), he applies computational and statistical modeling to understand how human behavior and organizational systems evolve, adapt, and make decisions.
With a background spanning experimental design, psychometrics, and machine learning, Zeve develops models that combine predictive analytics with theory-driven insight into real-world systems. His work integrates methods such as multilevel modeling, natural language processing, and network analysis to uncover patterns of alignment, communication, and change within behavioral and organizational data.
Across roles in research, consulting, and data science, Zeve has led analytic efforts that bridge technical modeling with practical decision support. At Perspecta, Zeve applies data science to organizational transformation, linking behavioral evidence, predictive analytics, and systems thinking to drive adaptive, evidence based change and support the design, measurement, and implementation of effective change-management strategies.
